How does interaction analysis influence the success of the metaverse?

Research by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Nokia develops a methodology to evaluate the quality of experience in immersive communications, the communications of the future thanks to virtual reality.

According to Marta Orduna Cortillas Orduna, one of the Grupo de Tratamiento de Imágenes of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid researchers, "the key points of this methodology are its transversality and applicability to real environments, which promotes experimentation outside the laboratory and, therefore, more reliable conclusions".
