TAPCP project has developed a CNN-based lung cancer diagnosis assistance system, which detects and classifies between the most common subtypes of lung cancer: Lung Adenocarcinoma (LUAC), Lung Squamous-Cell Carcinoma (LUSC) and Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC). For this purpose, a whole labelled dataset was elaborated with histological images provided by the pathology area of the HUT, which will be key point for further research.
