 Jesús Gutiérrez received the Telecommunication Engineering degree (five-year program) in 2008 from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV), Valencia, Spain.

He received the Master’s degree in Communication Technologies and Systems (two-year program) in 2011 from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), Madrid, Spain.

Since 2010, he has been a member of the Image Processing Group at UPM.
